30-day returns
We want you to love your chain. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags should be included when possible
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items
- Items that show wear, scratches, or damage after delivery
- Items altered or resized after purchase
- Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)
How to start a return
- Email with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items
