What materials are Asherava jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is crafted primarily from genuine 925 sterling silver. Selected styles feature a rhodium-plated finish for extra shine and improved resistance to everyday tarnishing. Our sterling silver chains are manufactured in Italy; please check each product page for its exact material and finish.
Will sterling silver tarnish or fade?
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize and darken over time when exposed to air, moisture, cosmetics, perspiration, or chemicals. This is normal and does not mean the silver is defective. Rhodium-plated pieces are more resistant to tarnishing, but the plating may gradually wear with frequent use or abrasive cleaning.
Which widths and lengths are available?
Available widths and lengths vary by design. Please refer to the measurements on each product page and watch our sizing video before ordering. For pendants, also check the pendant opening and clasp dimensions to make sure they are compatible with your chosen chain.
How should I choose the right chain size?
Measure a chain you already own or use a soft measuring tape around your neck, then compare the result with the size chart and sizing video on the product page. The same length can sit differently depending on neck size, chain width, and whether a pendant is added.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped from China with tracking. Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 7–15 business days to the United States and Canada, and approximately 10–20 business days to many other destinations. Remote locations, holidays, customs inspections, and carrier delays may add time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges for orders below US$99 are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns of eligible unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Personalized items, used items, and earrings or body jewelry with hygiene seals removed may not be eligible for return.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Customs rules vary by country, so please check with your local customs authority.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using household cleaners. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, chlorine, salt water, and other chemicals. After wearing, wipe the piece gently with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in a dry, sealed pouch to reduce scratching and oxidation.
How do I clean unplated 925 sterling silver?
For plain, unplated sterling silver without gemstones, pearls, enamel, glue, or an intentionally oxidized finish, light tarnish can be cleaned with a sterling-silver polishing cloth. For heavier oxidation, line a bowl with aluminum foil, add hot water and a small amount of salt, briefly immerse the jewelry, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not use this method on plated or stone-set pieces.
How do I clean rhodium-plated jewelry?
Use lukewarm water, a small amount of mild soap, and a very soft toothbrush. Rinse well, pat dry, and finish with a soft non-abrasive cloth. Avoid toothpaste, baking soda, harsh chemicals, vigorous brushing, and silver-polishing cloths, as abrasives can wear away the rhodium plating.
